Who doesn’t love a good hoppy little guy? Few things delight me more than when I’m on a walk and see a frog chilling out in the shade. Does he have thoughts? Does he enjoy the feel of the water? Or is he just thinking… bug? I love how the Internet has adopted frogs as their resident Weird Little Guys, representing every mood and vibe from here to yesterday. I feel like I’m still finding my froggy “voice” in how I handle their structure in art, but it’s a fun journey. Like frogs, I enjoy the cool, damp days my climate usually has to offer, so how can I not find kinship with these creatures?
